How to get the best start to life? By training when your bones are still growing! A regular exercise and weight training program will give your child stronger bones, tendons, ligaments, increased heart and lung capacity. These gains cannot be surpassed later in life. Full body weight training workouts given on a one to one basis, or mum and dad can join in too. At the moment I have a father and 14 year old son training together and a 13 year old girl using free weights. Why one to one? Because I get you before you have any bad training habits, you learn the correct techniques very quickly - within 4-6 sessions you will be on your way to mastering and executing correctly 12-16 different exercises.
